2. If your assistant can open web links, paste the permanent table link into your chat. The page shows the data, source, release, and quality findings without JavaScript.
3. If it cannot open the link, download the CSV, attach it to your chat, and paste the source and quality summary.
4. Ask the assistant to cite the permanent link, report missing observations, and mention any flagged or incomplete years.

Links and uploads depend on your AI account's available features. A blank cell means the observation is unavailable, not zero. The CSV contains full history; the readable page states the corresponding source and quality details.
